I previously had a 40v cordless polesaw that I paid double what this one costs, and I broke it on a job so I did some research and landed on the Wild Badger. This one puts my previous one to shame! First, assembly was extremely easy, and the design is intuitive. Pole sections are stout, hardly any flex. The bar and chain they use is very nice, and the motor has a ton of torque. The first time I used it, I ran it for nearly 2 hours for an ice storm cleanup, and I certainly put it through it's paces. It handled the job with ease, and I still had 1 battery bar when I was finished. I can't say anything about longevity yet, I have only had it a week. But I am VERY impressed so far. You will be hard pressed to find a better quality unit for this price.
