To be completely up front, the first one I got didn't work and I was really irritated but the company sent me a new one within a day and it woks great. I can charge my Samsung phone, Samsung tablet and a Bluetooth headset all at the same time, using shorter USB cords with only one electric socket utilized, which is way more convenient than having a bunch of different longer cords plugged into a power strip and taking up desktop real estate in a very ugly fashion. I love the longer power cord because I have my charger hub on my desk neatly tucked back by my monitor and needed to have a cord long enough to route down behind and through the back to hide. I use shorter USB cords with the hub on the desk top to minimize cord clutter.This really simplifies and declutters my life and that makes me happy.This charger is not as rock solid or as well-made as others I have gotten from companies like Anker & UGreen. What I like about the product is its 60-watt capabilities that can deliver the power to charge my power-hungry devices a little faster than some of the older chargers I have had in the past.This 5-port 60W charger supports 3 USB A ports outputting (total) 5v@12A (each port 2.4A max); a USB C PD & a USB A Q3 ports outputting 5v@3A, 9v@2A, [email protected] the universal AC power cord can be exchanged for a longer (albeit its 10-foot sister cord is black & not white on Amazon that I found) one than adding an extension cord to the 4-foot cord it comes with. This way you can take advantage of all the charging ports on this 95-watt power supply block.I use the JAUX manufacturer they sell a two-pack for under $10 (US). I know Amazon also sells the adapters that just plug onto the end of the charging cords. I do not like them for two reasons. First, those adapters make the actual plug length too long & you have the possibility of snapping the head of the plug right off leaving it imbeded in the charging port. Second, most of the time when I got these, they did not allow for maximum charging output the CORD DID but NOT the actual adapters. Going with the dongle-style adapters allowed for some play on the changeover & allowed the charging cord to pull the proper power transfer through the adapter to the device being charged.Also the universal AC power cord can be exchanged for a longer (albeit its 10-foot sister cord is black & not white) one than adding an extension cord to the 4-foot cord it comes with. Just exchanging out the cord for a longer one allows you to save some $$$ rather than purchasing a new charger with a longer power cord. Once you purchase the longer C7-style cord (looks like the infinity ♾ symbol or a sideways looking " 8 "), you can aquire other AC power charging units that have the same style AC supply cord...Hope this helps...Cheers!Good quality adapter, but i have expected more faster charging. It has an output of 65 watts and 30 watts, but I do not think that they correspond to the declared indicators. 65 w charges my samsung 22 ultra in 1 hour. there are two smart ports but I don't know how they differ inside there is no instruction explaining thisThis 5 port charger hub is solidly built and works very well. It charges all of my electronic devices quickly and safely. I highly recommend it.I set this up because I was tired of chasing cords, tripping over them, watching my dog accidentally pull them out of devices, or watching the devices fall onto the floor, and it was a pretty good game changer! Now I have all my lines neatly wrapped up and headed to this one location under my desk. I know the pictures show it on top, but I wanted to pull it out for y'all to be able to see what you're gettin! It does what it says and charges 4 different devices at the same time without straining your outlets and systems! It has a nice long cord to plug into your outlet which is nice that it's the only one you now have to worry about! And it's a 2 pronged plug in, so older homes or outlets without the ground, need not worry! It was a nice investment, and I can see myself getting at least one or two more in the near future!I have 2 smart phones and 2 tablets. My problem is that one of the phones uses a thunderbolt port and the newer one uses USB-C. Same with the tablets. SO in order to charge all of my devices, I need 2 different chargers with two ports each. Since receiving this unit, that's no longer the case. I can charge all 4 of my primary devices at once and only use one outlet.Even more impressive is the fact that I can also charge my 16" laptop using the USB-C port! I am very impressed with the power that this unit is able to pack into a single unit. It's also unusual because it comes with a power cord, so it doesn't plug directly into the wall which gives me more flexibility in terms of where I can place the unit.5 stars all the way!*Note: I received this item at no cost in exchange for my honest review.
